Pappadam -10
shallots- 1 cup

mustard-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
coconut oil-3 tbsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Cut papad into small pieces and fry it, then take a blender add shallots and chilly blend it , heat oil in a pan add mustards , curry leaves, blended shallots , saute well, add turmeric and chilly fry well, finally add papad and mix well
