Ingredients
bitter melon-1
onion-1
tomato-1
salt
curd-3 tsp
tamarind-lemon size
coconut-2 handful
shallots-8-9
coriander powder-3 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coconut oil-4-5 tsp
Preparation
Marinate the bitter gourd with curd, salt, amd turmeric and rest for half an hour, then heat oil in a pan add shallots, coconut, chilly powder, and coriander, saute well and blend this into a fine paste, next heat another pan add oil , then saute the marinated bitter melon, add tomato, tamarind, salt and blended coconut cook well, finally add fried shallots with coconut oil.
