Ingredients
sardine fish-1/2 kg
coconut oil-2 tbsp
garlic-5 cloves
ginger
shallots- 7-8
turmeric – 1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder- 2.5 tbsp
red chilly powder- 1 tbsp
fenugreek powder-3 pinches
tomato- half
pot tamarind- 3
pot tamaring juice-1/4 glass
water
salt curry leaves
Preparation
Heat a clay pot add oil, ginger, garlic, shallots green chilly, and curry leaves and saute well. Then add turmeric, kashmiri chilly, red chilly powder, pepper powder, fenugreek powder, and cook until it turns aromatic, add tomatoes, pot tamarind with juice, and water next add required salt and allow it to boil , then add fish into it and cook for a while.
