Ingredients
semolina-1 cup
ghee-2 1/2 tbsp
refined oil 3 tbsp
onion -1
green chilly -1-2
ginger 1 tbsp
curry leaves
sugar-2 pinch
cashews
mustard-1 tsp
chana dal -1 tbsp
urad dal -1 tbsp
water -3 1/2 cup
salt
Preparation
Heat a pan add ghee and roast rava and keep aside, in the same pan add oil , mustard, channa dal, urad dal,curry leaves, cashews,onion, chilly,ginger and saute well, then add water, once water boil add semolina , salt and sugar cook for 15 min, finally add ghee on it
