raw rice -1 cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

fenugreek-1 tsp

boiled rice-3 tbsp

salt

ghee

preparation

wash and soak the rice, fenugreek , urad dal for 4-5 hrs and grind with boiled rice and required water and rest for 10-12 hrs for fermentation. after 10 hrs add salt and mix well and make cryspy  dosa.
