raw banana -1
snake gourd -1/2
drumstich -2
shallots -5-6
green chillies -10
curry leaves
chilly powder -1tsp
cumin -1tsp
curd
turmeric-1/2 tsp
grated coconut – 3/4 cup
preparation
crush the chillies and shallots with cumin separately and keep aside.Heat a clay pot and add oil and vegetables into it then add salt next add chilli powder,turmeric, crushed chilly.Mix coconut with crushed shallots and add to the aviyal pot cook well.Now we add curd to it and mix well, finally add coconut oil.
