broken wheat -2cup
poha -1/2 cup

cooked rice -3-4 tbsp
salt
yiest -1/2 tsp
sugar -1tsp
preparation
Wash and soak the broken wheat for 1/2 an hour, do the same for poha in another bowl. after 1/2 hour blend these ingredients with coconut, boiled rice, yiest and sugar. mix well and rest for 7-8 hrs, and make soft and tasty appam
