ingredients
raw peanut -1 cup
jaggerry -1 cup
water -1/4 cup
cardamom powder -1 tsp
preparation
First we have to roast the peanut and allow it to cool then split the peanut and keep aside.Next take a pot into the stove and add jaggerry and water cook until it becomes thick then add cardamom and peanut mix it well.Take a butter paper spread some oil and put the peanut mix above it , cover this with another butter paper and roll this by using a roller, then cut in square shape
