urad dal-2 tsp

ginger -1/ 2 tsp
channa dal -2 tbsp

cashew -6-7
roasted peanut -1/4 cup
hing -1/4 tsp
dry red chilly -2
curry leaves
turmeric -1/2 tsp
lemon juice -1 tbsp
basmati rice -1 cup
salt
preparation
cook the rice and keep aside.In a pan add oil then mustards and other ingredients according to order ,then roast it well, after turn off the flame and add cooked rice turmeric and lemon juice then mix well. serve with hot.
