Ingredients
chicken -1 1/2 kg
milk -1 1/4 cup
vinegar-2tbsp
black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
chilli powder – 3/4 tbsp
garlic paste -1tbsp
baking soda -1/4 tsp
salt
maida-1 cup
corn flour -3tbsp
egg -1
cold water – 1 1/2 cup
maida -2cups
chilli powder -1tbsp
oil
preparation
for butter milk add milk into a bowl and add vinegar into it,rest for 15 minutes.Then add pepper powder, garlic,chilly powder,vinegar,baking soda,salt .After mixing it add chicken pieces and refrigirate about 4 hrs.Take another bowl and add maida ,garlic paste,egg,corn flour,salt, mix this all with cold water and make a batter.again in a bowl take maida,add salt and chilly powder mix with a whisk and set aside. Take chicken pieces dip the batter then cover the chicken with maida mix and fry it.
