Preparation

For recipe uses two glasses of ration rice and four eggs . The eggs are boiled with salt . The biriyani is cooked in an electric cooker, which helps prevent the rice from getting overcooked . For two glasses of rice, four glasses of water are used . Spices like cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom are added to the water . A masala is prepared with onion, tomato, and spices. The boiled eggs are added to the masala . The egg-masala mix is added to the half-cooked rice.Ghee is added on top .The electric cooker indicates when the rice is perfectly cooked .The biriyani is served with lemon pickle and a curd-based salad .The creator mentions that this recipe can be made in a regular cooker as well.
