Ingredients

Preparation

First, the pumpkin is peeled and cut into large pieces [00:38], then cooked with shallots, water, green chilies, and salt .
A paste is made using coconut, shallots, and cumin , which is then added to the cooked pumpkin . The dish is seasoned with turmeric powder and brought to a boil .Finally, it’s garnished with a tempering of coconut oil, mustard seeds, dried chilies, and curry leaves.
