Preparation
First, finely chop your favorite vegetables . The video uses cucumber, tomato, onion, cabbage, and carrot, but you can use any vegetables you like . Then, take three chapatis and lightly cook them . To prepare the filling, combine the chopped vegetables in a bowl . Add shredded, fried chicken (about ¼ cup) , salt, pepper, and mayonnaise for a juicy texture [01:43]. Mix well .Add coriander leaves for extra flavor.To assemble the rolls, spread tomato sauce [02:40] and a little mayonnaise [02:49] on a chapati. Place the filling on one side , fold the chapati, and then fold in the sides . The chapati roll is now ready! You can cut it in half before serving.
