Chilli Powder

Turmeric Powder

Coriander Powder

Salt

Onion

Coconut

Tomato

Water

Green Chilli

Ginger Garlic

Curry Leaf

Oil

Preparation

Cook clam meat with water , salt and masala powders. After that, heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and ginger garlic, saute it well, next add onion, next add masala powders, then pour a little water, boil it well, add cooked clam meat, boil it until it become dry, add coconut, mix well, then turn off flame.
