Chicken Kalmas
Ingredients

ginger garlic paste

coriander leaves
coconut coriander leaves
curry leaves
rice flour

Preparation
Fry chicken with salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder . Then, sauté onions with ginger paste, salt, and curry leaves . Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, chicken masala powder, and garam masala . Mix in the crushed chicken and coriander leaves .
Make the Dough: Grind coconut, small onion, curry leaves, and coriander leaves . Mix this with pathiri powder (or rice flour), adding cumin seeds . Add water to create a dough-like consistency . Take small portions of the dough and flatten them \[04:00]. Add the chicken filling and shape them like unnakaya (or any desired shape).Steam the shaped kalmas for 10 minutes .Dip the steamed kalmas in a mixture of chili powder and salt water and shallow fry them .
