jaggerry
coconut
dry ginger
cumin
cardamom
ghee
rice flour
water
Preparation
Prepare the filling first. Melt jaggerry first, then add coconut to it, add powdered ginger, cumin and cardamom, boil until it become thick, then make balls after heat gone. Prepare rice dough with rice flour and hot water. Make rice balls with jaggerry mix filling, then steam it well.
