dry chilly-12
water-1/2 cup
salt
turmeric
garam masala
Preparation
Dry roast coconut until it become slightly brown. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, curry leaves and green chilly, saute it well, Then add tomato, cook until it become mushy. Grind soaked dry chilly with turmeric and water, then add the paste to curry, mix all together, and cook chicken well, add garam masala powder, once the masala become dry add coconut, mix all, then turn off flame.
