Maida , Egg Snack

Preparation
Mix maida flour with salt and oil, then gradually add water to form a soft dough, similar to chapati or poori dough . Let the dough rest, Sauté finely chopped onions in oil until they turn golden brown . Add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and spices like chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and pepper powder . Add water and cook until the water evaporates . Stir in coriander leaves, Roll out the dough and cut out circular shapes . Place the onion filling and a piece of boiled egg on top of the dough circles . Cover with another dough circle and seal the edges, Deep-fry the snacks in medium heat until golden brown.
