Chana Tea snack

Ingredients

chana -3/4 cup

shallots-5-8

ginger

garlic-4

green chilly-2

curry leaves

boiled potato-3

carrot-1

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

salt

coriander leaves

oil

Preparation

Soak ¾ cup of white chickpeas for 7-8 hours . Grind the chickpeas with small onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves .Combine the ground mixture with mashed boiled potatoes and grated carrots . Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice .Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes . Shape the mixture and deep fry until golden brown .Serve with sauce or green chutney.
