Preparation
Prepare a maida dough with maida , salt and water. Prepare an onion masala by sauting onion, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, add masala powders then, mix well , turn off flame. Divide maida dough into small balls, then flatten it well, add masala at the centre, then put half of boiled egg, then fold it from all sides, then deep fry it.
