maggi cube-4

skin chicken-5 kg

capsicum-1

onion-1

lemon juice-1 tbsp

rice-4 cup

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a large pan, add whole spices, then add capsicum and onion, saute it for a minute, then add lemon juice, dry lemon and maggi cube, after combining it well add chicken, cook chicken well, then take it from pan, shallow fry then. Pour water to the pan, then add washed rice, cook the rice 80 %, then put chicken above the rice, then smoke it with a piece of charcol.
