Chicken ifthar snack

Ingredients

maida/wheat flour-1 cup

yeast-1 tsp

salt

lukewarm milk-1/2 cup

oil

marinated chicken-250 gm

onion

green chilly

sweet corn

capsicum

coriander

salt

cheese

mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix wheat flour, instant yeast, salt, and lukewarm milk . Knead, rest for 30 minutes , roll out, cut rounds , and cook on a griddle Filling: Fry marinated chicken , add onions, garlic, green chilies , sweet corn, capsicum, coriander , and soy sauce .
Assembly: Melt cheese over the filling , halve the dough rounds , add mayonnaise and filling , and serve.
