Schezwan Egg Pakoda
Ingredients

coriander leaves
capsicum

schezwan sauce
sweet chilly sauce

Preparation
First, finely chop one onion grate half a carrot , and add coriander leaves and capsicum . Add chicken filling for flavor and sauté in a little coconut oil . Add Schezwan sauce and sweet chili sauce . In a separate bowl, take five eggs and add chili flakes, oregano, and salt [01:54]. Whisk well, adding a quarter cup of milk . Add the sautéed mixture to the egg mixture . Grease a steel container with coconut oil and pour the mixture into it . Steam for 10-20 minutes until cooked After cooling, cut into desired shapes . Prepare a batter with gram flour, baking soda, salt, and chili powder . Dip the egg pieces in the batter and deep fry until golden brown .The presenter also suggests variations with different sauces and spices.
