preparation
Mix maida, yeast, sugar, and salt, Add lukewarm milk gradually to form a soft dough . Let it rest for one to one and a half hours
Chicken Marination: Marinate small pieces of chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and other spices. Rest for half an hour
Sauce Preparation: Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, and spices. Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown , Roll out portions of the dough, dip in milk and coat with white sesame seeds . Cut into pieces and fry until they puff up . Mix the fried chicken with half of the prepared sauce. Cut the fried dough pockets and spread the remaining sauce inside . Add french fries, lettuce, tomato, and the sauced chicken.
