Sweet Sughiyan

Ingredients

urad dal-1/2 cup

ghee

coconut-1/2 cup

jaggerry powder-1 cup

rice flakes-1/2 cup

banana-1

cardamom powder

oil

Preparation

Soak urad dal for 4 hrs, then make a thick batter, keep this aside. Heat ghee in a pa, add coconut to it, roast it well, then add jaggerry, combine well until it melts completely, then add rice flakes to it, after combine it well add banana, mix it well, add cardamom powder, then turn off flame. Once it cooled down, make small balls with this mix, dip the balls in urad dal mix, then fry it in hot oil.
