Karnataka style Jeera rice and Dal curry

ingredients
for rice
rice-2 cup
ghee-2 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
cardamom-4
cinnamon
cloves-4
bayleaf
green chilly-2
water-4 cup
salt
coriander leaves
For curry
masoor dal-1 1/4 cup
water
tomato-2
onion-1
green chilly-2
garlic-2
ginger
ghee- 2 tsp
mustard
cumin
cardamom, bay leaf-1 each
turmeric
coriander leaves
Preparation
For cooking rice , heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, roast it well, then add green chilly, pour water, let it boil well, now add 10 minute soaked rice to it, after mixing well, add salt, cook the rice well, add coriander leaves for extra taste.
For curry, cook a pre suure cooker, add ghee, then add cardamom and bay leaf, next add crushed ginger, garlic, saute it well, next add tomato, add masala powders, add dal, then add water, cook it for 4 whistle, add coriander leaves too.
