Avalose Podi( Traditional recipe of kerala)
Ingredients
rice flour-1/2 kg
coconut-1 1/2
shallots-20
garlic-3
cumin-1/2 tsp
sesame seeds-1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Prepare a paste with shallot, garlic and cumin, add the mix to rice flour, add coconut and salt to it, mix it well, then rest the mix for 1/2 hrs. Heat a bottom thick pan, add the mix , combine it well, cook until it turns golden brown color.
