Wheat flour Snack
Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cup
water-1 cup
jaggerry syrup
ghee
Preparation
In a bowl, prepare a wheat dough combine wheat flour and water. Rest it for 1 hour, then mix it in water , then strain 2-3 times by removing the starch, then turn on flame and start stirring, once it become thick add jaggerry syrup to it, add ghee also, stir it again, add ghee 2-3 times until it become thick and non sticky, then turn off flame and transfer the mix to a greased container, then rest it for 1 hour, then cut it.
