preparation

Saute onion, tomato and soaked almonds in a pan, then grind it into fine paste. In a pan, saute ginger garlic chilly paste, then mix it with the grinded masala. In another pan, saute vegetables , then add the paste and water, add salt, then cook it well, finally add milk cream ,coriander leaves and kasoori methi.
