Ingredients

bilimbi

ginger

garlic

green chilly

curry leaves

coconut oil

hing

mustard

fenugreek powder

chilly powder

vinegar-1 tbsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilly, saute it well, then add chilly powder and fenugreek powder, mix it until the raw smell gone, then pour vinegar, next add chopped bilimbi, add salt and combine well, once the masala mixed everywhere turn off flame.
