Ingredients

unakkalari-1 cup

thin coconut milk- 2 cup

water-2 1/2 cup

salt

thick coconut milk- 2 cup

cumin powder-1/2 tsp

ghee-1 tsp

Preparation

add washed rice to a pressure cooker, add thin coconut milk and water, then cook it until 1 whistle come in low flame. Open cooker after pressure gone, then pour thick coconut milk, cumin powder, salt and ghee, just boil it, then turn off flame.
