Chia pudding for weightloss

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds

2 cups thick coconut milk
1/2 cup blue berries or any berries of your choice
1 tbsp sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds
honey ( optional)
Preparation
In a bowl, take milk, add chia seed to it, mix well, once it thicken, add chopped berries and seeds, add honey too, mix well, then have it.
