putt podi

sugar
ghee
Preparation
In a bowl, prepare putt podi by adding putt powder, salt and water, combine well, then keep aside for 10 minutes, then add carrot, coconut, sugar , milk powder and ghee, mix well and make a wet powder. then steam putt in putt kutti as usual.
