bitter gourd
turmeric
chilly powder
salt
water-1/2 glass
Preparation
Cut bitter gourd into thin slices, add chilly powder, salt, turmeric and a little water, boil it for 1-2 minutes, then dry it under sunlight, it will take 2-3 days or more depending sunlight, then fry it.
