Paal Putt

Ingredients

Putt podi-1 cup

salt

milk- 1 cup

coconut

beetroot-1/2

ghee-1 1/2 tbsp

preparation

In a bowl, combine putt podi and salt, then pour milk, mix well, keep aside. Saute grated beetroot in ghee, then add to the bowl, mix well, add coconut too. After mixing it well, make putt as usual.
