Ingredients

500 g Wheat flour

4 Ripe bananas small

4 tbsp Sugar

5 Green cardamom seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp Baking soda

A pinch of Salt

Preparation

In a blender, grind 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 green cardamom seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds to a fine powder. In a large bowl, combine 500 g wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, a pinch of salt, and the ground sugar mixture. Mix well. In the same blender, blend 4 ripe bananas into a smooth paste. Add the banana puree to the dry ingredients. Add water gradually to the mixture while kneading. Knead well until you form a soft, pliable dough. The dough should not be too sticky or too dry. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into small balls. Fry the balls until it cooked enough.
