Shawarma bread

Ingredients
sugar-1 tbsp
yeast-1 tsp
lukewarm-1 1/2 cup
salt
wheat flour-3 cup
Preparation
Combine yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water, mix well and rest 5 minutes for fermentation, then add wheat flour to it. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it into a circle. Use a rolling pin to roll out the circle into a thin oval shape. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook the bread for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
