Dry coconut chutney

Ingredients :
Grated coconut – 1 cup

Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Crushed shallots – 10 nos
Coconut oil – 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Sliced shallots – 5 nos
Red chilli – 2 nos
Curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Add dried red chilies and roast for a few seconds. Add freshly grated coconut and roast until golden brown. Add salt and mix well. Let it cool and serve with Appam.
