Preparation
mix putt podi with water and salt, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, then add garlic, shallots and green chilly, saute it for a minute, then add spinach, cook it well, then turn off flame. Grind it with podi, then mix entire putt podi. Then make putt.
