Special Dosa
ingredients
2 cups of rice flour

1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
1 cup of flatten rice
Preparation
Soak the rice and fenugree in water for 4 hours. Grind the soaked rice with flatten rice and make a fine batter
mix batter with your hand ,Let the batter rest for 1 day. next morning, add salt , mix again. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan. Spread the batter into a thin, round circle. Cook the dosa for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve the dosa hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
