Sambar without Dal
Ingredients
ash gourd
snake gourd
pumpkin,
drumsticks,
potato,
Colocasia,
tomato ,
Onions,
shallots,
green chilli,
Sambar powder,
asafoetida,
turmeric powder,
mustard,
curry leaves,
coriander leaves
coconut oil
salt
Preparation
The vegetables are cooked in a pressure cooker with turmeric and salt until they are soft add hing to it. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, then add sambar masala powder, roast until it become aromatic, then pour this to sambar, boil sambar well, finally add coriander leaves to it.
