Instant breakfast dosa

Here is the recipe for soft and fluffy breakfast dosa made with wheat flour

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup wheat flour

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon oil

Water as needed

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Add eggs and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Gradually add water to the mixture, mixing until a smooth batter is formed. The batter should be thin enough to spread easily but not too thin. Heat a non-stick griddle or tawa over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot griddle and spread it into a thin, round circle. Cook until the edges turn golden brown and the dosa is cooked through. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
