Let’s see how to make delicious milky soft dosa in three minutes
Ingredients
1 cup of ponni rice

1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation
Soak the rice in water hot water for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Drain the rice and grind it into a fine batter. Add water as needed to achieve a smooth and loose batter. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it into a thin, round circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges are crisp. Carefully flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
Serve the dosa hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
