tamarind

king fish
green chilly
tomato

fenugreek powder
curry leaves
Preparation
Grind coconut, tamarind, masala powders, shallots and water together and make a fine paste. Heat oil in a clay pot, add tomato green chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then add coconut paste and required water, add salt, let it boil well for 5 minutes, add fish then, wait until it cooked enough, then add fenugreek powder last, then turn off flame.
