Small banana halwa
Ingredients
Banana (palayankodan pazhyam) -4kg

jaggery-1kg
ghee-5-6 Tbsp
cardamon powder-2-3 Tbspn
Wheat powder-1 Cup
water-1 Cup
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add banana paste to it, start stirring , once it heat enough, pour melted jaggerry, mix everything well, combine wheat and water, mix well, then pour to the pan, stir it well , continue cooking until it become jelly and non sticky consistency, then transfer the mix to a container , keep this aside for setting the halwa, after 1 hour, cut the halwa.
