Preparation

In a pan, saute onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and cashew together. Once it become cooked, grind it into fine paste. Clean mushrooms, then cook it with salt and turmeric. In a pan, add oil, then add onion and bay leaf, saute it well, add green chilly too, then add the masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, then add masala paste, cook it well, add water and cooked mushrooms, combine all well, then turn off flame.
