rice flour- 2 glass

cumin
shallots
coconut
black cumin
Preparation
Take rice flour in a bowl, then pour hot water, add salt, mix the flour well and knead it to become soft dough. Crush coconut, cumin and shallot together , add the mix to this dough, knead it well , add black cumin too, mix well, divide it into equal part balls, then shape it with a bottle cap. Then deep fry it in oil.
