Sardine fish Pickle

Ingredients
fish-1 kg

ginger
curry leaves
garlic
salt
pickle powder
chilly powder
hing powder
mustard
turmeric
fenugreek powder
kashmiri chilly powder
sesame oil
vinegar
Preparation
Marinate fish with turmeric, salt, chilly powder and a feww drops of vinegar. After 1-2 hrs, fry it well. Heat the oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute it well , then add masala powders after turn off heat, mix it until the raw smell gone, add fried fish to it, combine well, then add vinegar, boil it until it thickens, then turn off flame.
