Masala Kappa
Ingredients
tapioca-3/4 kg

turmeric
coconut oil-1 1/2 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
curry leaves
coconut flakes
onion-1/2
green chilly
ginger garlic paste
tomato
garam masala powder
turmeric
Preparation
Boil Tapioca with salt and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, then add onion, ginger garlic and salt, saute it well, then add tomato , once it cook enough add masala powders, after combine it for a minute add cooked and mashed kappa, , combine with masala, then turn off flame.
