Mushroom Masala
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
250 gm mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 table spoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
capsicum-1/2 cup
1 cup water
cinnamon and cardamom
Cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan . Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add tomato , cook it until it become soft, then grind it into fine paste after the heat is gone.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the masala paste, add water and salt, boil it well, finally add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
